Baking Fun 

The children enjoyed baking in the kitchen. 

Great Aunties are awesome teachers, too! The children loved learning how to bake cinnamon buns! 

Basketball

The children loved being able to play outside when they were done their lessons. 

Building Bird Feeders

The children enjoyed using recyclables to create bird feeders. 

Bottle Depot "Field Trip" 

The children helped load bottles to take to the depot. They used the money to buy supplies for the school. 

No More Bullies

The children made posters and wrote about what bullies look like. We did activities to show kindness this week. 

Camrose "Field Trip" 

We took a trip to Camrose to visit Mirror Lake.

Christmas Fun 

The children enjoyed making Christmas gifts for their families.

Dino Park "Field Trip" 

The children enjoyed visiting the Dinosaur Park in Leduc. 

Learning about our Earth

The children were keen to learn about our planet and ways we can take care of it!

Making Memory Trees

My mom passed away on April 7, 2021. The students made Memory Trees to share special memories of those who have passed. 

Pizza Lunch "Field Trip" 

We loved going to BPs for Pizza Lunch! 

Nature Adventures

The children enjoyed our daily walks in the forest. So much to explore! 

We collected special rocks along the way and decorated them upon our return to the Tiny School. 

Dramatic Play

We loved having puppet shows and plays in our class! 

Critter Central

The children loved finding critters on our adventures. "Sally" was discovered in Beaver County. 

Science/Social Studies Fun

The children learned all about Hearing and Sound and build community buildings for our tiny city. 

Snow Much Fun! 

The kids loved going sledding and playing in the snow. They dug a big tunnel and made a fort on one of our snow hills.

Lots of Love in the Tiny School 

We made Valentines and shared the love with our families on Valentine's Day! 

Volcano!!!

The children had so much fun creating a volcano model with papier maché. They made predictions on where the lava would flow and which parts of the city would be safe.
